It was developed by Dr. Chew Chen Zhen (Dr. Chew) in collaboration with authoritative dermatology experts and professors from Singapore’s SGH Medical Institution and other renowned hospital skin departments.
For over 20 years, NING has consistently upheld its philosophy of "Scientific Research, Natural Skincare."
